Minimum 12 years of education or DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering)
Proficient in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA Certification—Preferred
Strong leadership and technical skills
Prior shutdown experience—oil & Gas industry preferred
Minimum 3 years of shutdown experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector

Day 1: English Proficiency Test
Days 2 & 3: Training Session

Day 4: Final Face-to-Face Interview
