SALARY without accommodation, transportation & food = 4300USD 

Experience : 

Above 08 years’ experience in offshore engineering or related work

Academic Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above,

Professional Qualification：

• Management or Engineering related major

Professional Knowledge and skills：

• Program management, project management, familiar with local laws and regulations as well as international industry standards, etc..

Skills：

• Fluent in spoken and written English; Good organization, cooperation, communication and judgment skills;
• Ability to accurately complete program management and statistics work as required;
• Ability to accurately complete archiving management of document files according to regulations;
• Ability to perform statistics work;
•  Ability to prepare and organize project meetings;
• Proficiency use of office software, such as Oracle Primavera P6、Microsoft Office、Adobe Acrobat etc.;
• Master application of modern office equipment, such as computers, printers, fax and other office supplies
