Job Description:

1. Responsible for entire recruitment deliver strong support on the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from job posting through sourcing & screening, all the way to extending an offer, all aimed to attract talents from entry-level to the top level.
2. Partner with external outsourced recruiting channels (job board and search firms, etc.) and also cultivate a talent database pool
3. Support HR team on regional localization and optimization of policies and procedures, manpower efficiency, and productivity analysis
4. Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives.
5. Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry and preparation of payroll summary, etc.
6. Handle administrative duties including drafting letters relating to employees’ employment, etc.
7. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor


1.2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work independently as well as collaborate with employees at all levels in different teams
3. Strong partnership with HQ drive support of overall people goals.
4. Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and teamwork. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily basis.
6. Fluent in English/Chinese
Monthly Salary: 80,000+ PKR
