Mechanical Engineer MEP

At least five years of experience in supervising and following up on plumbing, firefighting and air conditioning works for residential and non-residential buildings, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering graduated before 2020, preferably with an accredited MEP certificate

1. Ability to read mechanical drawings for construction projects ( Sewage and water supply, air conditioning, firefighting works)

2. Leading a team of supervisors and workers on site and distributing tasks and following up on teams to perform these tasks

3. Evaluating and discussing the drawings with the project manager and amending them if necessary before the start of the project

4. Taking measurements for the drawings and making (As built) drawings

5. Distributing tasks to subcontractors and supervising them on a daily basis

6. Supervising plumbing, air conditioning and firefighting works on site directly

7. Requesting materials and assessing needs according to work requirements on site on a daily basis

8. Receiving work from contractors and testing them

9. Preparing extracts for completed work and getting approval from the responsible engineer

10. Preparing daily and monthly reports on the completion rates on site and submitting them For management

1. Basic salary: 4000 Sr.

2. Accommodation: Individual accommodation provided by the company, separate room

3. Transportation: Providing transportation from the residence to the workplace

4. A monthly bonus will be applied to target achievement projects.

5. Annually airline travel return ticket

6. 21 days of annual leave as per Saudi labour low.
