Mechanical Technician
SSC (10th Standard) +3 years (Technical Diploma in Mechanical) 07 years’ maintenance experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry.
* Mechanical maintenance and Troubleshooting activities in the continuous operation plants.
* Installation, removal and fixing back of Pumps & Blowers, maintenance of all types of Valves, Vessels, Columns, Exchangers, Pipes, and other static equipment.
* Carry out maintenance activity independently as necessary. Handling different type of tools used for maintenance activities and work in high elevation with adequate safety protective equipment.
* Rotating equipment maintenance activities.
* Check work quality and take corrective action to rectify the detected faults through the work examination methods and standards.
* Thorough understanding of the Isometrics, mechanicals drawings and datasheets.
* Cleaning, preserving & maintaining the removed parts of the equipment.
* Good HSEQ record in his past working.
* Read, understand, and execute the jobs as per standard operating procedure/ work instruction
