𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝐅𝐂𝐀𝐖 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑 6𝐆
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
1. Welders shall have mini 5 year experience in Oil & Gas
2. Preference shall be given to Gulf return
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. 6G, STT/ FCAW qualified welders
2. Material Carbon steel pipe ASME A106 Gr.B.
3. Pipe Size 8″x Sch.80.
4. Root Pass with E70S-6 ( STT Process ) , Fill and Cap by FCAW Process
5. Filler Specification: E71T-1C (Hyundai Supercored 71) Filler Size 1.2. Test position is 6G
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝐅𝐂𝐀𝐖 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑 6𝐆𝐑
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
1.The welder shall have mini 5 year experience in Oil & Gas with 6GR FCAW process weldi
2. Preference shall be given to Gulf return
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. 6GR, STT/ FCAW qualified welder
2. Material Carbon steel pipe ASME A106 Gr.B.
3. Pipe Size 6″x Sch.80 and 6″ Sch 160 or 8″ Sch 60 and 8″ Sch 100
4. Root Pass with E70S-6 ( STT Process ) , Fill and Cap by FCAW Process
5. Filler Specification: E71T-1C (Hyundai Supercored 71) Filler Size 1.2
6. Test position is 6GR, Both End shall be closed during Root Pass welding.
