Education:
• Bachelor of Science Degree or related equivalent
• Internationally Recognized certification to the second highest level of competency such as FROSIO Certified Inspector, BGAS -CSWIP Grade 2, NACE Coating, or SSPC PCI level 1. ICORR insulation Optional CSIRS certificate.
Experience:
• A minimum (10-15) years of experience ( Oil& Gas – Qatar experience ) in scaffolding, Blasting, Painting, Insulation & Refractory activities in Oil and Gas Industrial Projects & Large Turn around experience in Qatar is a must.
• Extensive experience in leading and supervising a large group of workforces ( not less than 500 ) in the right and safe way to Drive and achieve the turnaround schedule and elevate construction issues to management.
• Ensure frequent communication with clients, key project individuals, job site personnel, and Project Manager.
• Manage required job materials to ensure project tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
• Able to read isometric DWG, hand over the daily progress report, liaise, and ensure safety and client specification to a high standard and Procedure requirement.
