- Dual Responsibility – Salesman & Store VM
- Implementing a proper layout in store as per Area VM strategy.
- Manage section and guide other Salesmen to follow proper layout.
- Share pictures to AVM as per demand
- Assists AVM in merchandising window display, entrance table or other general layouts.
- Entitle to receive Store VM Allowance on monthly basis
- In absence of AVM, the Store VM will report directly to VM-Supervisor
- Monthly performance report will be submitted by VM-Supervisor for all Store VMs to S&M Manager
- Based on performance Report, the management will stop the Allowance if found any negligence from Store VM side.s
