SuccessFactors Functional Consultant & Payroll Administrator
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
A leading company is hiring a detail-oriented HR tech professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and Saudi payroll processing to support digital HR transformation and ensure payroll compliance.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
SAP SuccessFactors (SF):
Configure workflows and structures per Saudi labor laws.
Manage system integrations and ensure local compliance (GOSI, MOL).
Lead audits, data updates, and provide user support.
Payroll (KSA):
Handle payroll processing, end-of-service benefits, deductions, and compliance (GOSI, WPS, ZATCA).
Coordinate with HR/Finance for reporting and reconciliations.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor’s in HR, IT, or business.
3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors; 2+ years Saudi payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations.
SAP SF certification and Arabic language are pluses.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
HR digital transformation experience.
Familiarity with Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad.
Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
