Job Description:
•3 years experience as team leader during power plants maintenance works.
•10 years relevant experience in mechanical maintenance works.
•Special knowledge in gas turbine assembly.
•English language knowledge. German desired.
•Must be able to lead a team under instruction of Siemens site personnel, in order to execute the assigned.
works safely and independently in accordance with Siemens health and safety standards and in compliance with the national laws and regulations.
•Ensure the time-keeping and discipline of the labor under your control, including the beginning and end of shift, the observation of formal breaks and the mobilization of the labor back to the work-area at the beginning of a shift or the end of breaks.
•Understands and is able to interpret written instructions and sketches.
•Compile, check and authorize the weekly timesheets of the personnel.
•Previous Experience with GE/Siemens/any other OEM of Turbine/generator/compressor is mandatory.
