Key Responsibilities• Enforce HSE standards & PTW systems on site
• Conduct daily inspections; report hazards
• Support incident investigations & toolbox talks
• Ensure HSE compliance with project procedures
• Promote a strong safety culture with site teams
Requirements• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas experience (EPIC/Fabrication preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PTW systems, inspections & incident reporting
• Good communication skills + MS Office proficiency
