Job Role and Compensation detail
Candidates must have experience in the oil and/or gas industry, or similar process industry and has managed mega projects.
Basic Salary: SAR 70,000
Accommodation Allowance: 15000 SAR
Transportation Allowance: SAR 2,500
Educational Assistance: Up to 3 Children (SAR 58,000)
Shipment – Mobilization & Demobilization
Medical Insurance: Provided by Company – Gold
Life Insurance: As per company policy
Bonus: As per KPI’s
Responsibilities:
> Coordinates and directs all functional managers to ensure full compliance with all project requirements.
> Accountable and fully responsible in meeting project objectives and Company directions.
> Has overall responsibility for obtaining the necessary project resources to plan and execute the work.
> Plans, schedules and organizes all phases of a large project.
> Monitors and controls expenditures.
> Ensures quality and safety standards and procedures are followed.
> Participates in studies, project definition and technical bid preparation for projects.
> Determines the need for investigation and modifications.
> Participates in the development of long-range plans.
> Establishes project objectives and priorities.
> Ensures quality and safety standards and procedures are followed.
> Provides expert advice on designs, processes and other project activities.
Requirements:
> BS Engineering and registered as a professional engineer with significant experience of 25 years.
> Has experience in the oil and/or gas industry, or similar process industry and has managed mega projects.
> Has demonstrated an overall knowledge of project planning and execution management.
> Middle East and Saudi experience are a plus.
