Job Responsibilities:
– Remind customers of overdue loans by telephone, urge and guide them to repay in time.
– Communicate with customers regarding compliance, and inform customers of repayment amount, method, time, and other information related.
– Keep a record of customer information in our system in time, and update and supplement customer information in a timely manner to ensure information validity and accuracy.
– Follow the instructions of the supervisor to reach the team and individual performance goals.
– Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

– Age 18-40 years old, high school / secondary school or above is required.
