HSE Lead / HSE Superintendent / Sr. HSE Engineer.
Educational Qualification Required:
Bachelor degree (Preferably Technical) / Equivalent.
NEBOSH IGC is mandatory
NEBOSH I Dip (Level-6) / CSP / NVQ-6 (Added advantage)
Work Experiences
Overall 12 yrs. experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Must have experience in Minimum 3 major shutdowns/ Projects in HSE Lead / senior
position.
Approvals from any Oil& Gas Operating company would be considered as added
advantages.
Knowledge required:
Good Knowledge about Project HSE Management system
Good Knowledge in HSSE documentations and ISO 45001: 2018 requirements.
Good working knowledge in accident investigation process and methodology .
Skills & Abilities:
Good Personality, able to lead and guide the HSE Team .
Good Knowledge in HSE Documents preparations and analytical skills.
Good Knowledge in IT, includes as a minimum, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Well-developed communication and presentation skills
Good language skill in English is mandatory and Proficiency in Hindi, Arabic would be
added merit.
Good working knowledge in MS word, excel and able to develop presentations using
MS PowerPoint.
Personal qualities:
Physically & medically fit.
Should be team player.
