EXPERINCES:
⚫5 years previous Heavy Lift Experience in the position working in the Oil and Gas industry
• A total of 7 years’ experience in Lifting and Rigging to include the Heavy Lift experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience creating Heavy complex drawings in AutoCAD
Requirements :
•Responsible for lifting equipment se lection, procurement and ensure all lifting equipment meets the required standards.
Ensure all documentation required for lifting and rigging has been processed and correct in order for the lifting and rigging to proceed.
Produce Lifting and Rigging Method Statements, Plot Plans Rigging Studies, Heavy Lift and Critical Lift packs.
•Ensure compliance of QSGTL polices and procedure related to Lifting and rigging. •Ensure safety critical elements are maintained.
• A functional knowledge of AutoCAD, with the skill to produce detailed and technical AutoCAD lifting and rigging plot plans and studies to scale.
•Expert Knowledge of lifting using Mobile Crane’s, Overhead Cranes, Gantry Crane’s both Fixed and Trolley, Cha in Blocks, Tirfors, Jacking and Skating, Fork Truck, and Man-lifts. Boom Truck Including any devaluations.
Knowledge of all project Lifting and HSE standards and requirements. (It will be accepted that a new employee to the site will require some time to familiarize himself with the standards and HSSE requirements of the site).
